Great service, very easy going and very professional.  I first used Jeli after I had taken my laptop to be repaired at a computer shop elsewhere, and after being overcharged for a very poor service by the 'other' place, Jeli was recommended to me by a friend.  Jon came out within an hour of me calling him, and sorted out the laptop problem very quickly, very efficiently and for a very low cost, and it's been perfect ever since.  I highly recommend Jeli.
